Late arrival does not entitle a student to extra class time. Missed classes are not refunded or rescheduled unless agreed in advance. A minimum of 48 hours notice is required to reschedule a class (for private lessons). Group classes cannot be rescheduled for individual students. No-shows are considered forfeited. CODE OF CONDUCT Respectful behaviour towards the teacher and fellow students is expected at all times. Disruptive behaviour, repeated lateness, or inappropriate conduct may result in removal from the course without refund. Recording of classes is not permitted without prior permission. COURSE MATERIALS All materials provided (handouts, slides, exercises, etc.) are the intellectual property of Ranganna le Rebecca and are for personal use only. Redistribution, copying, or resale of materials is not allowed without permission. TECHNOLOGY & ACCESS (FOR ONLINE CLASSES) Students are responsible for having a stable internet connection, a working microphone and camera, and access to the required platform (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.). Classes interrupted by student-side technical issues will not be rescheduled or refunded. PRIVACY & DATA PROTECTION Your personal information and payment details will be kept confidential and used only for class administration. If classes are recorded (with prior notice), recordings will be used only for educational purposes and shared only with participants in that course. PAYMENTS & REFUNDS I agree to the immediate start of classes and understand this waives my 14-day cooling-off period under EU consumer law. Payment must be made in full before the start of each course block, or according to the agreed installment plan. Late or missed payments will result in suspension of classes until payment is complete. Processing Fees All payments include non-refundable processing fees. If a refund is issued, the processing fee portion will not be returned. No VAT is charged on these classes as this business is below the Irish VAT registration threshold. Missed Classes & Cancellations by Students More than 7 days before the first class: 100% refund (minus processing fees). 3–7 days before the first class: 50% refund (minus processing fees).
